Major Tenants:

Lakeside School hosts a huge annual rummage sale in Hangar 27

Northwest Crafts Alliance has, for many years, held the Best of the Northwest locally made crafts and fine arts festival in Hangar 27.

Rat City Rollergirls currently hold competitions in Hangar 27 and are looking to have it as their main facility.
